Graduation
Below are the general graduation requirements in Quebec. If you would like to speak to a guidance counsellor about your credits specifically please make a appointment with Mr. Verelli.
- A minimum of 54 Sec IV + V credits
- the last digit of each course code indicates the credits given for pasing that course
- i.e.: a 504 course is worth 4 credits while a 506 is worth 6 credits.
- the last digit of each course code indicates the credits given for pasing that course
- including at Sec IV:
- at least 4 credits in Mathematics (CST, TS or Scientific)
- at least 4 credits in History and Citizenship (in English or French)
- at least 4 credits in Science
- at least 2 credits in Arts Education (Fine Arts, Music, Drama or Dance)
- including at least 20 at Sec V:
- 6 credits in English (Mother Tongue)
- at least 4 credits of French (French Second Language)
- at least 2 credits in Ethics & Religious Culture or Physical Education
- "Cultural" Math = 563-404 & 563-504
- "Technical" Math = 564-406 & 564-506
- "Scientific" Math = 565-406 & 565-506
- "General" Science = 555-404
- "Applied" Science = 557-406
- "Environmental" Science = "General" + 558-404 or "Applied" + 558-402
